Senior Infrastructure Engineer
This position is exempt and offers a hybrid work model.
As the Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will specialize in designing and developing systems and infrastructures based on client preferences and industry standards. You have the duty to identify and understand the project’s needs, streamline project requirements, produce drafts, create prototypes and models, and establish tests to identify potential issues and ensure the project’s quality. Program Management
- Provides new solutions and capabilities in a cloud infrastructure to meet the evolving business needs and requirements.

Application and API Development
- Develops applications using ASP.Net MVC v3 or above and JQuery framework for javascript. Interacts with database administrators, developers, business analysts, system administrators, and end users to interpret business requirements.

Industry Relations Coordinator

The Industry Relations Coordinator works within the team in that supports and coordinates the As the Industry Relations Coordinator, you will work within the team to support and coordinate the management of incoming business leads from the web, as well as through industry networking. Contract Administrator
This position is exempt and offers a hybrid work model.
As the Legal Affairs Contract Administrator, you will play a critical role in the review, negotiation, and drafting of NABP agreements, utilizing attorney-established guidelines and as directed by department attorneys. A key responsibility of this position is identification and negotiation of favorable contract terms to secure services or products to support NABP in its mission of protecting public health. You will oversee the contract intake process and collaborate with the Legal Affairs team to maintain and enhance the contract database. You will display a high degree of professionalism in both internal and external communications and during contract negotiations. You will develop contract template documents, make contract-related recommendations, including contract management improvements, and assist attorneys and department staff with contract-related matters, projects, and policies.

Operational Activities
- Evaluates requested revisions to common Association contracts such as nondisclosure agreements, contractor agreements, and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act Business Associate agreements and revises consistent with attorney-established guidelines.

Competency Assessment Assistant II
This position is non-exempt and offers a hybrid work model.
As the Competency Assessment Assistant II, you will assist the department with administrative duties, standardized customer correspondence, reports, and cyclical processes, such as transcript review, exam eligibility, Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee (FPGEC) Certification file development, creation of FPGEE Identification Cards (FICs), FPGEC Certification mailings, ADA documentation, as well as other tasks as required.

Competency Assessment Supervising Coordinator
This position is non-exempt and offers a hybrid work model.
As the Competency Assessment (CA) Supervising Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing files and other required documentation for general item bank maintenance to support NABP meetings and workshops. You will support the maintenance of volunteer subject matter experts (SMEs) lists, forms, and communication using internal NABP databases and other tools. You will interact professionally and cooperatively with other Association departments and staff members, as well as organizations and individuals outside the Association. You will assist in other departmental projects as assigned. You will assist in the completion of department and Association-wide projects, as well as the interacting and cooperating within departments of the Association.
Job Description
Information Coordination
- Prepares item files (pre- and post-work) for in-house, hybrid, and remote NABP meetings, following established deadlines.
- Works closely with CA Program Analyst and CA Content Manager to support all item preparation and processing, including generating reports, for all NABP meetings. Prepares and uploads documents for secure access by external volunteers (SMEs).
- Follows CA department file nomenclature policies for secure exam form record keeping and maintenance of the item bank for each NABP examination.
- Handles all communication to volunteers (SMEs) prior to, during, and post meetings and workshops following established communication deadlines. This includes, but is not limited to, accessing instructions for files, uploading training documents, and distributing CPE information.
- Supports Item Bank Program Analyst and Content Manager to identify competency areas of need using reports generated from NABP item bank.
- Assists with the development and maintenance of CA department policies and procedures and other internal documents as needed.
Volunteer Database
- Completes data entry and processing of information and documents collected from new volunteers (SMEs).
- Assists with scheduled reporting and ad hoc reporting as requested to identify available volunteers for scheduled meetings following established deadlines.
- Monitors term limits for review committee members and prepares summary and recommendations to CA Senior Manager.
- Trains, sets up, and maintains new SME database (transition and organization of SME data) from existing database to new internal database.
- Regularly maintains SMEs in the volunteer database. Assists CA Pharmacist Program Manager with recruitment of new SMEs for item writer pool and review committee pipeline.
Task Coordination – NABP Reference Library
- Handles all requests for new reference material orders.
- Works closely with Office Services and Accounting for the processing of new order requests.
- Maintains library reference list regularly throughout the calendar year, before and after scheduled NABP meetings, and upon request.
- Maintains active reference list in NABP item bank to ensure accurate list is available to volunteers (SMEs).
- Assists CA Program Analyst with reports from NABP internal item bank for analysis of reference lists to maintain up-to-date reference list for all NABP examinations.
- Supports vendor with access requests and maintenance of electronic resources and external clinical databases.
Coordinate Relationships
- Engages with volunteers (SMEs) before, during, and after scheduled meetings to gather required materials and process information into the NABP item bank.
- Works collaboratively with other CA department staff. Coordinates information in preparation for NABP meetings (ie, Item Development Workshops) in collaboration with CA Administrative Assistant and the Meetings department based on pre-determined roles and responsibilities.

Clinical Program Manager
This position is exempt and offers a hybrid work model.
As the Clinical Program Manager, you will provide in-house clinical expertise to support the Competency Assessment (CA) programs (NABP examinations). You will support the CA department and other internal NABP departments with requests for clinical review of materials. You will be responsible for collaborating with NABP member boards on the development and review of MPJE items. You also may represent the Association in meetings and/or committees and will interact professionally and cooperatively with all departments of the Association.

Clinical Subject Matter Expert Competency Assessment
- Reviews candidate comments related to exam content for potential action.
- Reviews references for exam content for all NABP examinations to identify items that may need updating.
- Supports the maintenance and investigates potential expansion of Pre-Exam programs offered by NABP.
- Conducts clinical research (literature review) for the purposes of item bank maintenance and clinical writing.
- Utilizes clinical writing skills to review, document, and create materials for NABP examinations and other CA department programs.
- Monitors trends within the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy practice, evaluates their impact on the CA programs, and implements necessary changes in collaboration with Content Manager and Senior Manager. Regularly engages with pharmacy associations and frequently reviews publications to stay abreast of current pharmacy practice trends.
- Provides input and/or analysis for potential NABP research projects.
Partnerships
- Works with team members and other NABP personnel to ensure all stakeholders are informed of important program changes.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with Operations and Security Manager regarding any content updates related to NABP examinations to ensure appropriate audiences receive timely communication.
